I was using the phone and service for about a month, had no issues. Until I did. Everything shut down to where I could only make 911 calls only. No calls in or out, no texts, no data etc. Called customer service after being put on hold for 42 minutes call was disconnected. Called back and now my account does not even exist. Phone number I have had, they can't find. By name, also no record. All information just disappeared after receiving that great news is when I was hung up on for a second time. Seems to be their M.O when things get difficult then disconnect. Extremely frustrating and infuriating.
Tip for consumers:
I can not even move to another carrier as you can only have one lifeline and anyone else shows I'm with Access. Between a rock and a hard place to say the least.
