*Think Twice before buying from watchesview.com*
While I would not regard watchesview.com as a "scam", at best I would call it disingenuous and lacking any sort of credibility. I'm pretty sure watchesview is also the same company as featured on several other sites selling the same product under other domain names (due to the same model #'s and product photos).
1.) They sent the wrong watch. I ordered a replica Omega day/date, they sent an Omega chrono, a less complicated version (I'll get to that in a minute).
2.) I paid for express air, and although it did eventually arrive via air it took them so long to post it might have well been on a boat and slow train (over a month).
3.)I put the watch on and it immediately fogged up inside the crystal, not even a cheap casio would do that and this was $100. Inside the crystal are now dirt marks where the condensation collected, only way to fix it is an expensive service worth more than the watch.
4.)Yes, the watch is automatic and the time keeping seems to work for now but the chronometer does not, in fact none of the three sub-dials work. Thankfully I did not get the day/date I ordered or there would be two other non-working features.
5.)As the crystal fogged, the black infill on the back of the case ("Moon Watch") rubbed off on my wrist leaving a black film. It is now gone.
Buying a replica watch is always a crap-shoot but I would recommend not bothering with this company in any of its various guises. The wait is interminable and the product is a joke. They claim to use Swiss ETA movements, not true. They claim to use sapphire crystals, not true. I spent $100 on something that took a month to arrive and about an hour to sour into a fogged-up snafu.
Buy a $100 Citizen instead, you'll be much happier.
