Customer service sucks plain and simple. They claim they send confirmation emails and they don't nor emails with shipping info. When you question them about it they rudely accuse you of something going wrong with your email system. There is nothing wrong on my end. I have never had an issue with any company sending emails. They are suspicious because according to the BBB they don't have a street address. How clever. They ignore you when you try to have an online chat and ask certain questions they have no answer for. Hire a lawyer if need be but stay away from these dimwits.
