They do not check the information the landlords post, even the verified ones. If the landlord doesn't respond to your booking request (something commun in my experience) you immediately lost your money and time for at least the next 15 days, the refound policy is messy and delayed on propose so they can keep "helping you to find a similar place" 9/10 they will do nothing and they take like 2 days to find something that is not even useful.

We are sorry to read this review, we always do our best to help everyone, unfortunately, sometimes there are no options that fit and of course, in these cases, the booking is cancelled and refunded.
According to the Terms of Use, read and accepted before booking, it is stated that payment is required to complete the booking. The owner has 48 hours before confirming (to check availability) and at all times the Erasmusu team offers its help to find a solution.
