After over a month had still not received a number of item ordered. Had notificatiomn from Paypal of refunded amounts but not what the refunds were for. After writing to customer services they informed me of what the refunds were for. Received and paid for hanging planters for strawberries but did not receive the strawberry plants. Several items ordered were not fullfilled with no notification from LGL. Will not be using them or Ideal World again.
