This is the first review I've ever left for anything, but the customer service was SO BAD here that I felt compelled. Not only did they not ship my order after taking my money. They never answer the phone, never returned messages. A month later, i'm fed up and e-mail them, threatening to report them if i don't at least get a refund. Finally this evokes a response. An automatically generated e-mail receipt for my refund. No apology, nothing. Give your money to someone else, people.
