I've ordered from this site twice now and both times I did not receive what I had ordered! After contacting them about my first order error, and getting a response to resolve it, I figured it was just a mistake. After this time, I'm believing it's more of a practice than mistake. I usually don't write anyone off after one error, but after this second one, I will never purchase from them again.

Twice I have tried to order Disney Princess Grip pens and now twice I have been sent something else, even after I specifically wrote in the comments box the second time to PLEASE when preparing this order to make sure grip pens are sent and that I still had plenty of rope pens from the previous order (which was a mistake).

So I had high hopes this time around that it would be error free, but I was wrong. Not only did I get more rope pens (12 and one was broken without a spring), I got 24 CLIP pens as the other part of my order. The website is a complete JOKE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I'm not even going to bother wasting my time contacting them again, seeing it was a part of a gift and there is no time for a replacement. I don't even know if I actually got a partial refund the first time like I was supposed to due to price difference.

If you still want to purchase something from this site, just be prepared to be completely disappointed.
