The website is intentionally misleading. For $19.99 they will give you only the name of the website to order a birthcertificate from (vitalchek.com) While that is stated in their ad... it is hidden amongst all other statements meant to decieve you into believing that you are ordering a birthcertificate directly from them. "Cleverly" they stand behind their ad and refuse to refund your money. A google search will give you their website first; then the same website (vitalchek.com)they want you to pay them for is about #4 on the google list -for free! I disputed mine on paypal and did receive a refund -because my arguement was that they didn't"immediately" provide the link as they advertised. I used their own words against them and won -thank you paypal dispute claim process!
