Hi

I recieved a letter in the mail about missed payments. Think you might have contacted the wrong person or sent this letter in a fault or error. My payments are set up monthly and are always automatically withdrawn from my bank account. It's Set up and 98 % of the Time my Payments are processed accordingly with zero error or reasoning for financial back pay or reprimand me. If at any time funds were low or not present. 1 or 2.months max in a 2.or 3 year extended period of time. The money is always put into the bank to cover the expense in case another bill or groceries or rent left me a wee or tad bit short but very seldom and by far a common incident by any means. Receiving some letter declaring a cash payment of $845.26 is a complete error as I can retrieve my online banking transactions and withdrawl history in providing and proving. Each stated month that my payments are continuously coming out with no additional need for this payment or this error on your system. I have adequate and valid proof to back up and support my payments. Secondly - I'm than being asked to make future payments by cash only to add to this already confusing and absurd situation and letter sent in error and typo command. As mentioned I have and can get print outs and records from my banking facility or branch providing and providing my payments, as I don't spend much or any time on the Internet and dont use any forms or platforms of social media or those particular outlets of communication and conducting relationships based on the internet, Unfortunately, I'm forced to write/present and explain all of this via an Email aka text message as your office phone lines are only open and available Monday to Friday! Can you Please Go into my File and My Account and look into further detail to correct and exempt me from foul information or incorrect assumptions against my account or responsobility tactics and stating my negligance and lack of attention to detail when I'm always paying my bills and automatic deposits are set into proper place monthly. I am a highly detail oriented and responsibly driven individual who lives on a disability income and is forced to work on a budget monthly, where responsibility and proper financial management and distribution of paying my bills monthly is highly in tact and top of the priority list. Organized, Responsible, Mindful and Money Focused! Its accurate and concise 99.5% of the time. Im really hoping there isnt any 3rd Party Tricks or Games coming from any other Parties or Teams involved with Insurances from particular locations and destinations as the kootenays - Perhaps distant friends or family that potentially work for insurance companies and services in the Kootenay Region. Etc. Just to cover all grounds for the safety of my own back and rights as a canadian civilian and citizen paying his bills and respecting the roads and drivers around me at all times. Never speeding. Never drinking and driving. Never doing anything or error or fault or misconduct. Respecting the use and luxury of owning a car. Respecting my car. Rules of the Road. Others on the road. Cautious. Fair. Kind and Courteous to other drivers with full respect, responsibility and reason in tact when behind the wheel. Thanks for rectifying this issue and Happy New Year in 2022!

The Online Representative today on the phone line service Penny who assisteted me today was extremely unhelpful and impatient. She was verbally aggressive - rude - demeaning and hateful and she told me to shut up and listen you f##kin a$$h#le. Wow Just Wow! How rude. Penny for your thoughts!
