“Not a long-term place to establish a career”

Poeple are overworked. No work-life balance. No appreciation. No one in corporate is interested in hearing your ideas for improvement to operations. If you do take the job, don't stop searching for opportunities elsewhere becuse no matter how much you sell, how well you perform, or how prestigious your credentials are... this will not be a long-term place to establish a career.
