Tip for consumers:
Refund policy is store credit vouchers. You _MUST_ keep your shipping label. They use some 1970s database server from the stone age. Customer service has to be whipped for a response. Even the replacements they sent me needed replacements sent. It becomes a neverending chase to get your money's worth, which ultimately never happens. Be happy if you get 5-10 good plants out of 100. For example they sent me 6 dwarf cherry bush dormant starters and 3 worked out well, but the rest were dead
Products used:
10% of what they sent me is still alive in the garden, i still use their fertilizer concentrates but since they have been discontinued, even their replacements need replacements.
