Great selection. Easy to navigate.
Yesterday was a mess. Today it was excellent - the way it used to be - quick and efficient.
I tried three times to get out of the new "Chat" selection and had to start over. I've been a customer for a long time, and ordering cards was so easy and simple before. Now there's heaps of advertising, people's comments that I didn't care to read, etc. It's no longer quick and efficient. I did not want to edit the inside of the anniversary card. I wanted it to be blank because I didn't like the message.

I selected one card and it aasked "place in cart", and I clicked on that. Then I con tinued shopping. I selected another card, and it said "place in cart and check out" I clicked on that. I filled out all the info - name, address, etc, and then it said that I had only one card in my cart. I had a hard time adding the one I first selected.
