Contacted them to get some help with some statistics problems. Was charged $180. Out of 12 problems, only 1 was correct. Many missing answers. And very, very, very sloppy delivery. The solution I was provided was scribbled in pen, on a scanned piece of paper. Solution was missing R-code.
It also looks like the answers that were provided me were for a different person, because it was referencing things that were not even mentioned in the problem.
Hoping that this review will save others money.
