They ask a ton of questions to make sure the therapist is the best fit both for what you're looking for and for what type of therapy will be best for you. There are a ton of options, different time zones, and written, audio and video options. If you're not happy with the therapist, you can easily click a button for a new match. There's also a Live Journal option for you individually that you have the option to share with your therapist if you want to.
