Requested a replicate and the quality of transcript was poor. The color did not correspond nor did the information on the transcript. At first, they are very courteous but once they have your money the customer service is out the door--they even threaten the customer with emails such as this--

Customer! We have found that many customers are simply trying to use
The products we sell in violation of the law and use excuses and make
Complaints. As a printing company we have a disclaimer on our web site
That states that we will not violate the law in any shape form or manner
And is plainly in view! Our company follows the law and all Federal and
State regulations regarding the printing of certain items in accordance
With and color of law! In order for anyone to assess and investigate
This matter further they must see and view what in fact the customer has
Tried to get this company to print as we as a company must respect the
Privacy of the customer and follow the law! But we will forward all your
Emails, proofs, documents created by us and your billing address and
Contact information to all the required organizations if there is any confusion on this
Matter. We will also monitor all forums blogs websites etc in question
And if we find this information we will take the appropriate action
Immediately. It just a matter of forwarding your order
