When I received my dress it had either a rip or an unsalvaged edge of fabric. When I contacted customer service, they said they would give me a $10 refund to pay for it to repaired by someone locally. This would not come close to covering costs. When I asked for a return, they demanded I pay my own and their original shipping costs and also increased/doubled their time to refund written in their website. Very bad company and very poor quality.
