SPENT AN HOUR ARGUING WITH THESE GUYS BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME A REFUND.
ALL I WANTED WAS A CABLE FOR iPAD TO TV AND THEY SOLD ME A REALLY REALLY EXPENSIVE USB-C ADAPTOR AND HDMI CABLE CLAIMING "ITS DEFINITELY GOING TO WORK I PROMISE YOU". OF COURSE IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. SO NEXT DAY I RETURN IT AND ASK FOR A REFUND. AFTER MUCH ARGUING THEY EVENTUALLY AGREED! BUT THEN TOLD ME THEY NEEDED HALF AN HOUR TO GO THROUGH 'SECURITY CHECKS'. SO I RETURN AFTER HALF AN HOUR AND THEN SUDDENLY THEY'VE CHANGED THEIR MINDS! SO THEN I HAVE TO ARGUE AGAIN WITH THE MANAGER WHO TELLS ME THEY WILL GIVE ME ANOTHER CABLE. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER CABLE, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. I LOOKED ONLINE AND I THINK I'VE FOUND THE RIGHT CABLE AND ITS NOT THE ONE THEY OFFERED ME. I DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THESE GUYS SAY. THE MANAGER THEN THREATENED TO FIGHT ME IN COURT 'ON PRINCIPLE'. AS IF THE IDEA THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT IS A PRINCIPLE THAT IS WRONG.
