We rented automatic car, end up getting manual car with problem. Their is no way to get response/ support from any one in bookinggroup.
I am still waiting for refund/ compensation on all the problems that we had during our rental. 6 month has pass, and no way to get response from the company.
They have all my details + the complaint details, but does not do anything

When booking via Kayak it took me to booking groups site however the pick up location had changed...
