I ordered food for a pet. Clicked the wrong selection, ordered dog food, needed cat food. 6 emails later, no one has responded. My credit charge has been charged, i have not received any info about whether my order was shipped or not and absolutely no way i can figure out to actually speak with someone, even though their website says you can, link takes you right back to the email link no one responds to.
