Slow to respond to my inquiry (they're only open 3 days a week for some reason), every correspondence was riddled with typos, and ultimately they were unable to serve the area I was looking to have an inspection performed in. Just looking at the site homepage you can see grammar and spelling errors. After being charged and then subsequently told I'd get a refund I still haven't seen that money back in almost two weeks. I should have been more scrutinous in reviewing the company before dealing with them.
