The dress I received in the mail was a completely different dress than the one I ordered. It looked like a cheap knock-off of the one I bought. When I emailed the owner I was ignored. After multiple attempts at trying to resolve the issue with the co-manager, I was treated with absolute disrespect. By far, the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I opened a case in paypal and got a refund in the end.
Save your time and money and do not purchase from this company.
