When dealing with coinmama or coinbase crypto exchange, the customer service has gone from bad to worse, i bought 5 btc, and for some reason, I never got the btc in my wallet it, after contacting customer care on coinmama, i was told to wait for 7 days, after which i still did not get my btc. You can imagine, now i am both confused and angry, Lucky `Anonymous_Solutions` on telegram stepped in, and i was grateful that my 5 btc was recovered, it was a very challenging time for me but i am just grateful its over. Please Coinmama should make good efforts to satisfy and protect their consumers.
