Bought through a seller on MyDeal.com.au. Product didn't perform as described. Seller deemed it a "change of mind", and upon escalating to MyDeal, they took over a week to tell me the exact same thing the seller already did. Kept saying "sorry for the inconvenience", "thanks for your understanding", "your concern is understandable" and similar, yet offered literally no resolution. I'm $189 down with nothing to show for it. Chargeback with the bank in process, and highly likely to proceed with Fair Trading also. Buyer beware.
