I'm going to agree, the customer service is good and the employees genuinely seem to care which makes it very unfortunate that the data is so old. I spent hours porting it all into SQL, joining tables to get the data to look just like I wanted it to find that it is frozen in time to about 8 years back for the residential and further than that for the business data. Unfortunately I can't give it a very good review based on it not performing its core function regardless of how nice the people selling it are.

READ THIS PLEASE! There is absolutely no reason for this negative review. We told Greg Fishback to try our product at absolutely ZERO risk and that we would gladly refund him if the data didn't work for his needs. We also explained how and when it was sourced and what he could expect from it. Here is the actual email... you be the judge!:

The residential data reportedly took 5 years to compile. It is a massive database and the most current data of it's kind available. The sources of the business and opt-in data are explained in the terms https://usbizdata.com/terms.php. If it isn't going to work for your needs, just let us know and we'll refund you. No worries.

I'd call this excellent customer service and honesty on our part! Anyone considering doing business with Greg Fishback, this is the type of person you will be dealing with! Ridiculous!
