I placed an order 12/24/19 (order # *******), the debit to my checking account was 12/26/19. On 12/30/19 I received an email that my order had been shipped and gave me a TRACKING NUMBER to follow my order. That same email stated '12/30 12:27PM Buffalo, N. Y. SHIPPING LABEL CREATED, USPS AWAITING ITEM'. I have requested many times(about 12) for a status and 2 times requested to cancel the order and forward a refund. I have not received my order nor a satisfactory status nor a refund. BE CREFULL DEALING WITH THIS SHODDY OUTFIT. They will take your money and evaporate, never to be found. Don't ORDER from these people.
