You guys are the worst broker, in all honesty! I don't understand why, despite never used a debit or credit card to make a deposit into my account, I am only allowed to make my first withdrawal using a debit or credit card. You folks make life so challenging! It would have been far simpler to simply withdraw using the original payment method, whether it was cryptocurrency, debit, credit, or wire. You guys say you have assistance available around-the-clock, so why have I waited more than 4 hours for an answer and still haven't received one?
