Purchased a K5 pressure washer in April.We had issues from day one with changing the wands. Eventually the yellow lug in one wand got stuck in the gun so were unable to change wands to use the detergent. Contacted Karcher who wanted images, serial numbers etc plus proof of purchase which they state can be the original receipt or bank statement this is a lie as they will not accept a bank statement because it does not itemise the purchase. Never seen a bank statement that does! They ignored our first email so contacted customer service by phone who sent an email requesting all the documentation previously sent. The whole lot was sent over and this is when they told us they will not honour bank statements. Fortunately we found the original invoice and emailed it to them and have not heard anything since. Absolutely disgraceful way to run a a company. We are going to trading standards to see if they can help. Also registering the product is a total waste of time as it is not a guarantee but they use it for marketing purposes only.
