I ordered a weather breaker for a mobility scooter. After several telephone calls, the item was sent by mail and received on December 31st. It was a Christmas gift. The gift was given in January to my father-in-law and it is at that point that we found out that it was not at all what was ordered. It cannot be used in any way. I had sent the model number, etc. to A Mobility Scooter. I am in Florida since January and would like to return the item either for a refund or apply the cost of $122.34 to the proper weather breaker. I have called on numerous occasions but the phone has been disconnected. I have filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and after numerous tries, they have not received any response. I believe that this company is commiting fraud. Their website is still up and running.
