Purchased a sofa. Began to rip. Reported it and after several telephone calls an independent company was sent to view the damage who deemed it needing recovered. Told that Milano would get back to us. Not happend in eight weeks, phone calls, emails and a recorded delivery letter which was refused. Have now involved consumer advice who have now passed it to trading standards as company appear to be still trading. Shocking company. Would definitely steer clear.
