They will lie to you over and over again regarding delivery. I ordered a Feathers couch in October 22 with the understanding that I would have it by the end of the month. It was a lie. They continued stringing me along until late February when I gave up and asked for a refund. They told me "we don't handle refunds". I had to involve my credit card company to dispute the charge. Funny thing is, all this time I'm waiting, their adverts would pop up in my Facebook stream saying "In stock Ships within 2-5 days". Lies, lies and more lies from these lying lyers. I'd give it a negative five rating if I could.
