Please post on checkout that Discover Card is not validfor payment. I would have known to use VISA instead. :)
During the online check out I was not aware that the Rewards activation required the slider to be used. I only clicked the redeem button. A quick call to the service center explained the system and I activated the rewards on my order. Thanks.
My first purchase was successful and now it's time to repeat the order.
My Discover Card was declined twice by your system. Discover customer service told me the charge was not declined because it had not been submitted. I switched to my VISA Card it was approved.
So much of your life get funneled into the seemingly bottomless vortex of a company's telephone answering system. Rythecamera's system kept me on hold for 15 + minutes, then went silent followed by a disconnect. I called back and with-in 3 minutes was giving my order to Morris. He said order will ship in 24 hours, all items are in stock.
You should have a Negative Star option. I spent 15 minutes of my life in AJ Richies phone que. Their site showed 12 plus hours remaining on a Canon T4i package. When I told "Mickie" I wanted to order one, he quickly stated it was not available & before I could ask for my second choice he switched me back on hold and 5 seconds later my call was disconnected. Now that I've read these Site Jabber reviews I'm convinced that Mickie did me a favor. Stay away from this business.
