I also have not received my product. And Techmall doesn't really seem to exist beyond a website. When I tracked my order w/ FedEX, it turned out that it was shipped by FedEx who then delivered the product to the Post Office. The Post Office lost the package and Techmall is completely unresponsive. Also FedEX said that the order was shipped by SmartHome. I called them and they never heard of TechMall. I will have to cancel the billing on my credit card. I would never use this company again.
