I placed an April 30,2016 for a 20 x 30 canvas print using a voucher I had purchase from an e-mail solicitation (my mistake) it is now September 9th, and they still have not delivered my order or can even provide me with an expected delivery date. They have stated it is not their policy to provide refunds on vouchers, even though their web site claims delivery in 30 - 45 days. By Federal law they must reasonably be able to meet deliveries stated on their web site or the consumer is entitled to a refund. Mypix2 certainly does not think so, they use deceptive business practices to get business and you should avoid placing orders with this company.
