The last thing you need is difficulty when trying to purchase items for a loved one that has passed. Starting with Kevin in customer service, the entire Mainly Urns experience was exceptional. The owner sent a thoughtful email expressing condolences and offers to assist with any questions or issues during the purchase process. Considerate and professional, the experience and the communication was exceptional.
