I recently had an unfortunate experience with a Ryibi product, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn others. I can't stress enough how frustrating this experience has been. Dealing with Ryibi's warranty claims is akin to running in circles. They seem to have perfected the art of giving customers the runaround. It's clear that their priority lies in avoiding honoring warranties rather than providing genuine support to their customers.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing any Ryibi product. Not only are they prone to breaking easily, but you'll also find yourself completely unsupported when it comes to warranty claims. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your tools and equipment needs.
