Had a small order of lamp sockets etc (About $25.00). The sockets were porcelain and wasn't sure if they could ship at less expensive USPS -'Can't ship glass' ($5.90) rate or more expensive UPS rate ($15.00+). I placed order night before and website gave me option to call and arrange payment and I submitted question about shipping on my order. When I called the next day, two people assisted me with order. Very pleasant and professional. They were able to ship the porcelain sockets through USPS. Said they would give it extra wrapping and it might be $7.90 shipping. I'm happy with them and will use again. They said it will go out today or tomorrow. Will try to update on shipping. If it ships timely, they have 5 stars from me!

Changed it to 5 stars! Received my package in good condition on Saturday, 2/14/15! I've noticed they had some bad reviews, which made me a little reluctant to order from them. I had a great experience and would recommend them.
