When I initially sent my document to be published, everything went well and soon was live. However, when I tried to order the author's copies, they would not show on my amazon.ca site because I was using two different addresses. I spoke to several people at Amazon and was finally told to delete everything. Unfortunately, this deleted my KDP account as well. It took some time to sort this out and cost me extra money to republish. Even then, for some weeks, the paperback edition did not show. In the end, once all formats became available, I was happy with the final edition. I am also impressed with the efficiency that orders are received by the end user.
