I didn't know what to expect going to a new website to ask for a cover for our custom outdoor furniture. What I found was first a chat room where someone (not a bot) actually came on line quickly. That person directed me to the right page to design our custom cover, and included the suggestion that we put in "review mock up before going to production". Second, a very helpful design crew that used photos and asked questions to get to the exact design that would fit. This was accompanied by the chat room being open for other questions as soon as I logged in. Third, delivery AHEAD OF SCHEDULE of the perfectly fitting custom cover. Will never fear going to Covers&all again for any other products. Product arrived well packaged, was easy to place on our furniture, and just in time to be in place for a few thunderstorms.

Their PRO DiskDrill did not work. They said, too bad, we're not returning your funds. BEWARE, they refer to fine print instead of customer service.
