This company in my view might be going out business. Purchased couple of items. One came and the other 3 months later still hasn't arrived. Their website no longer is online and customer service support through whatsup app was responding until I called it quits and asked for my money back. Thank God for Mastercard. They investigated and resolved the issue. Be careful with anything involving Bigcelu.com company or affiliation. Thanks for reading

Purchased tires October/2021 and it's been 4 months and still no goods delivered. "Supply chain issues". Blah blah. Wont refund me as well. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Have screwed so many Cubans. Cubans have enough problems. Total scam.
