I paid for 15 tubs of dip and only received 2. I sent at least 4 "Contact Us" questionaires through their website throughout 2 months but never one response. No email, call, or voicemail. I finally decide to call them and they say it's been too long to get any money back or the 13 they didn't ship. They talked to me like I'm an idiot, to which I agree, but ain't my fault I didn't get what I paid for. I don't care if it's 2 months or 2 days or 2 years, both sides are supposed to hold up their side of the deal, but they don't give a crap about their customers. If they can run you over, they will, just be warned.
