Same experience as everyone else, got ripped off for downloads that I didn't even know I'd subscribed to. It uses a PayForIt system that I'd never even heard of that the network providers allow the use of on our mobiles without even making us aware that our mobile phones are like credit cards but with no security pins or codes. BEWARE.

If everyone reports this to PhonePayPlus and Watchdog then maybe finally something might be done to stop more people getting fleeced.

Also worth complaining to your network providers as they should hold some responsibility for this. If they have to refund enough of us then they will take action too.

N. B. Always put your phone on FlightMode before allowing your toddlers to play on it!
