Denied claim covering new motor on a clothes drier using the excuse that I can't prove that I have been professionally cleaning the unit regularly.I was responsible to find and pay ( without being refunded) a technician to diagnose the problem and file a complicated claim with technical details and pictures just to deny claim after sending the technician away since they would not authorize the claim on the spot.Strongly advise against aggravating yourself, wasting your money and time on a company that in my opinion has to be served with a class action law suit
