Don't get ripped off like myself and many others. I bought the ARE 5.0 review set which included the review manual, practice exams and problems. The manual is very thick and has too much information. Going through the practice exam and problems didn't help much for the test. The worst part of my purchase was that I paid an extra $50 for the e-book of the project manual, which only opens on Adobe digital editions, which is now obsolete. I called customer service a few times to see if they can give me a download for the e-book that would open up on another app and said, that they don't have that version anymore, even if NCARB is still testing in the 5.0 version. They said they have an updated version and I would have to pay for it, which would cost twice as much. It really bothers me when companies are so unethical in their business practices, ripping customers off with horrible customer service! Save yourself from getting ripped off. PPi ARE Review Materials are a no go. I would check out other ARE 5.0 review manuals like dusset or amber. I am never purchasing anything from this horrible unethical company ever again!

Tip for consumers:
I would steer people away from PPi ARE 5.0 Review products because there are ones out there that will actually help one pass. PPi does not help. I also wouldn't support a company like PPi that is being unethical in their business practices.

Products used:
ARE 5.0 Review products. PPi products give too much information. I resorted to using review materials from ARE 5.0 Ultimate Whole Enchilada, Doucette and Freed instead, which helped me pass.

I thought I'd try out the down vests instead of going with the a well known other brand and I learned my lesson, never buy a down vest from a brand other than the well-known ones. The vest is priced very high for horrible quality. The zipper failed in less than a year and barely using it. I'm surprised how horrible the quality is considering the fact that their clothes are so pricey. They need to consider upgrading the quality of their clothes or lowering the prices tremendously. What a joke of a brand. On top of that, their customer service is horrible and they don't back up their faulty product. Horrible experience! Never again will I buy anything from them. It's not worth the price. Very unsatisfied.

Tip for consumers:
bad quality clothing for a tremendous price. Not worth it.
