Despite numerous attempts I never received payment nor my device back. I was given numerous promises none that ever materialize. Had to notify the carrier that the device had been stolen by this company. A report had to be filed with the United States Postmaster General for mail fraud since the USPS was used to send my phone to them. Had to file police reports for stolen property. To date still can't find these crooks
