Do not use this site to sell any of your products. I have 3 orders outstanding for payment, 2 from last year. All emails are replied with a standard reply of how their payments work. Pam seems to be the only person working there and she avoids all my queries. Have lost a lot of money with them.
Tip for consumers:
Zasttra were very helpful when I wanted to join their marketplace. Now when I have issues they ignore me or send me useless replies. Their seller support is non existent. The worst platform on SA to sell on.
