“Impossible to contact!”

This company is a joke. Don't support them. You can't even call them to ask a question (like how long do your cars stay in the lot). You can't email them. Their 800 line is a crock of crap designed to get you to go the website, or sell your car. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Any company that won't even hire customer service to answer basic questions is trying to tell you something- that they suck. Listen to them..

Couldn't talk to anyone about anything. Only option is to drive for miles and ask them in person. I passed.
