They are rude to their customers. You will pay $60 for an item that arrives beaten to hell and out of focus because apparently it's ok to give customers an item that isn't great quality as long as they have you check a box that literally says "Don't be lazy- read." Well I thought that was more for the people who send in fussy pictures- not standard pictures that they stole off of the internet and I'm not entirely sure they aren't violating copyright laws.
