I called before I placed my order to see if the item was in stock and they told me it was. I paid with my credit card and got a confirmation that is was paid and the next day got a confirmation that is was shipped with tracking number from UPS. Waited and waited and then after a week I checked and the UPS tracking number was voided and I was notified by email that my order was placed before they checked their stock (even though I called to verify and they told me it was in stock) and they did not have the item and I was fully refunded. I check my credit card and it WAS NOT refunded. I called and the lady that answers the phone sounds like it is at a home and not a business said it takes two days for a refund to a credit card to go through (bull) still waiting. I feel like since I am not the only one on this post that experienced the same thing that this is no more than a "Ponzi" company keeping money flowing through their bank account. My brother works for the Justice Department and he going to start an investigation on the firm. The thing that is most painful is it was to be a birthday gift for my son that I ordered well in advance for his birthday but now his day is ruined!
