Extremely poor response times and willingness to work with a long term loyal customer. I've contacted them 5/6 times now and they still haven't sent me instructions on how to raise a complaint officially, even though I've asked each time I've reached out. Usually 48 hours to reply to each message via email and chat on the website, so this has been going on for weeks now. I'm not someone that leaves online reviews, i think this is the second i've left in my life but i feel it's important to in this case.
