They kept saying that I was going to get assigned to an expert, but hour after hour there was no response! My deadline I had given them had past and they kept asking for an extended one. It finally got to the point where I could no longer extend my deadline and I asked for a refund. I got an email saying they're going to review my situation and see what they can do. Will update in 2-3 days.
